Energ\u00e9tica 21<\/a>.<\/p><p>La gasificaci\u00f3n en lecho fluido burbujeante es una tecnolog\u00eda avanzada para la producci\u00f3nde\u00a0 Syngas a partir de una amplia variedad de biomasa y CDR (Combustibles Derivados de Residuos), el gran aliado de la industria en la descarbonizaci\u00f3n, la reducci\u00f3n de costes energ\u00e9ticos, la independencia energ\u00e9tica, la valorizaci\u00f3n de residuos y la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica.<\/p><p>El n\u00facleo del sistema es un reactor de gasificaci\u00f3n de lecho fluido burbujeante, que transforma combustibles s\u00f3lidos en un gas de s\u00edntesis (Syngas) mediante un proceso termoqu\u00edmico subestequiom\u00e9trico. Esto significa que la cantidad de ox\u00edgeno introducida en el reactor es inferior a la requerida para una combusti\u00f3n completa, lo que permite una conversi\u00f3n controlada del carbono presente en el combustible hacia productos gaseosos como mon\u00f3xido de carbono (CO), hidr\u00f3geno (H\u2082) ymetano (CH\u2084), entre otros.<\/p><p>En el interior del gasificador, el lecho fluido burbujeante hace que el material s\u00f3lido se suspenda en un gas ascendente (aire o una mezcla de aire y vapor), esta condici\u00f3n promueve una transferencia de calor y masa extremadamente eficiente, asegurando una temperatura homog\u00e9nea y una alta tasa de conversi\u00f3n, produciendo la Gasificaci\u00f3n del combustible.<\/p><p>Una de las grandes ventajas del sistema es su capacidad de aceptar una amplia gama de biomasas y CDR, sin requerir una calidad constante o una composici\u00f3n homog\u00e9nea. Esto permite a las industrias seleccionar los combustibles m\u00e1s competitivos econ\u00f3micamente en cada momento, sin necesidad de modificar el dise\u00f1o del reactor.<\/p><p>La producci\u00f3n del Syngas se regula mediante las aportaciones de aire combustible y son controladas mediante las presiones y temperaturas del reactor de gasificaci\u00f3n. Esto permite optimizar el rendimiento energ\u00e9tico y la calidad del Syngas generado, ajustando su composici\u00f3n a las necesidades espec\u00edficas del proceso industrial de destino.<\/p><h2><strong>Objetivo energ\u00e9tico y aplicaciones:<\/strong><\/h2><h2>Syngas-to-Heat &amp; Power<\/h2><p>\u2022 <strong>Calor industrial<\/strong>: puede utilizarse para la generaci\u00f3n directa de vapor o aire caliente, siendo una fuente ideal para procesos t\u00e9rmicos intensivos en sectores como alimentaci\u00f3n,\u00a0 papel o qu\u00edmico.<br \/>\u2022 <strong>Hornos:<\/strong> en sectores como el cemento, puede sustituir al coque de petr\u00f3leo en hornos de alta temperatura, reduciendo significativamente la huella de carbono.<br \/>\u2022 <strong>Electricidad y cogeneraci\u00f3n:<\/strong> puede alimentar motores o turbinas para generaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica, o combinarse con recuperaci\u00f3n de calor (cogeneraci\u00f3n), con altos<br \/>rendimientos globales.<\/p><h2>Syngas-to-X<\/h2><p>\u2022 <strong>Hidr\u00f3geno verde<\/strong>: a trav\u00e9s de procesos de purificaci\u00f3n, el Syngas puede ser fuente de hidr\u00f3geno.<br \/><strong>\u2022 Qu\u00edmica verde:<\/strong> su conversi\u00f3n en productos como metanol, amon\u00edaco o SAF (combustibles sostenibles de aviaci\u00f3n) abre la puerta a una qu\u00edmica sostenible basada en residuos y biomasa.<\/p><h2><strong>Principales ventajas frente a la caldera de biomasa<\/strong><\/h2><p>\u2022<strong> Versatilidad:<\/strong> el Syngas se adapta a diversas aplicaciones, desde la generaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica hasta la s\u00edntesis qu\u00edmica.<br \/>\u2022<strong> Contaminaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> presenta menores emisiones de NOx, no genera dioxinas ni furanos, y mantiene un perfil de CO\u2082 neutro similar al de la biomasa.<br \/>\u2022<strong> Flexibilidad de combustible:<\/strong> acepta biomasa de diferentes or\u00edgenes y CDR, reduciendo riesgos de desabastecimiento o costes elevados.<br \/><strong>\u2022 Valorizaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> genera subproductos \u00fatiles como biochar, aplicable como fertilizante o sumidero de carbono, y cenizas recuperables.<br \/><strong>\u2022 Eficiencia:<\/strong> al permitir una mejor recuperaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica y una mayor eficiencia t\u00e9rmica, reduce el consumo espec\u00edfico de combustible.<\/p><h2><strong>Modalidad de contratos<\/strong><\/h2><p>\u2022 <strong>Llave en mano (EPC)<\/strong>: ideal para empresas que desean incorporar el activo a su balance y gestionar directamente la\u00a0 producci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica.<br \/>\u2022 <strong>ESCO (Energy Services Company)<\/strong>: se suministra al cliente energ\u00eda (Syngas, vapor, etc.) a precio competitivo, sin necesidad de CAPEX y con m\u00ednimo riesgo financiero.<\/p><h2><strong>Referencias de proyectos<\/strong> <strong>realizados<\/strong><\/h2><p>\u2022<strong> Industria cementera:<\/strong> sustituci\u00f3n del coque de petr\u00f3leo en hornos por Syngas procedente de CDR.<br \/>\u2022<strong> Industria papelera:<\/strong> producci\u00f3n de Syngas a partir de
